From the moment, Pablo answered the phone, I knew I had reached the right office for my needs. He answered all of my questions quickly and easily. He offered to get my policy transferred from my old agent and explained to me over the phone how I could go about doing it online. He stayed on the phone with me while I completed the process. When he told me he would call me back he did! Unlike my other agent!. Pablo Was very diligent trying to get my policy transferred from the office in Millsboro as it took longer than usual to get it completed. He kept me informed and updated frequently. This month has been incredibly challenging, as my car was stolen, and the very next day, I developed a severe case of shingles on my face. The nerve pain was intense, and my eye was swollen shut, making it difficult to cope with both situations simultaneously. I felt stranded and deeply lost. While I am now recovering from shingles, the pain still lingers, and the theft of my car left me feeling violated. My car was found by the police and taken to a collision center with the help from Roadside Assistance.
